What is involved in the Shark Cage Diving experience?
You will go in groups of roughly 10 people. They typically will group you with other people in your group. From the dock, it takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the spot where you'll dive. Since it's on the cape and is on the ocean, prepare for rough seas generally, which can also be impacted by how windy it is. The workers on the boat know how to treat sea sickness and are there for support. Your head will never be more than a meter below the water surface and you can decide when and how long you want to stay underwater. If travelers get to the diving spot and get cold feet, they are more than welcome to sit out of the activity and wait on the boat.
