Can I purchase a single (private) tent?
Can I purchase a single (private) tent?
No, we are not selling single tents for any camping trips. All Travelers will have a shared, double occupancy tent unless there is an uneven number of Travelers.
If there is an uneven number, then a single tent will be assigned to a Traveler who will be selected at random. Hosts will have a private tent if originally requested.
Can I bring my own tent?

Will there be a place to store items when we're away from the campground?
Yes! There will be a van/trailer that you can leave some of your belongings in when you're away. Please do not leave anything that is irreplaceable or valuable, though - it's better to keep these important things on your person.
Will there be access to clean water? Will water be provided on the drive from LAS to camp?
Will there be access to clean water? Will water be provided on the drive from LAS to camp?

During the drive from Las Vegas International Airport (LAS), the Guide can certainly facilitate a stop along the way for bathroom and water breaks, and drinking water will be available at the campground once you reach it.
National Park Info
Is there an additional National Park entry fee for international travelers on U.S. National Park trips?
Is there an additional National Park entry fee for international travelers on U.S. National Park trips?
Yes. Due to a new U.S. regulation, non-U.S. residents are required to pay a $100 entry fee per U.S. National Park.
TrovaTrip will collect passport information for all trips to identify impacted travelers and will notify them in advance if this applies to their itinerary.
Fees can be paid in one of two ways:
Cash on arrival: Travelers may pay $100 per park in cash. The Guide will collect the fee when they first meet the group and will pay the park on the travelers’ behalf.
Credit card in advance: Travelers who prefer to pay by credit card can request a payment link by contacting the TrovaTrip Customer Support team prior to the trip. TrovaTrip will coordinate with the Operator, Incredible Adventures, to provide a secure credit card payment link. Due to credit card processing fees, the cost is $105 per person, per park when paying by card.
Total fees vary by itinerary — for example, trips visiting two parks total $200 when paid in cash or $210 when paid by credit card, while trips visiting one park total $100 (cash) or $105 (credit card).
Travelers may also choose to share an America the Beautiful Pass, which covers up to four people, where permitted.
Transportation
Can I drive myself and park at the campsite?
Can I drive myself and park at the campsite?
We highly discourage Travelers from driving to the campsite but may be able to accommodate (1) per trip based on special requests and Operator approval. If more than (1) Traveler is requesting to drive, we may need to deny all requests to be fair to all Travelers.
Is there a separate location where I can park my car other than the airport?
Is there a separate location where I can park my car other than the airport?
You can park at any parking facility you choose so long as you meet the group at the airport on time.
Are arrival airport transfers flexible on timing?
Are arrival airport transfers flexible on timing?
No, they are not. All of these trips are camping trips, so the group will transfer from the airport to the first campsite, typically a long driving distance. You must book within flight guidelines to ensure there’s enough time for all activities on the itinerary for Day 1. No exceptions can be made here.
If you miss the included transfer, you'll be responsible for getting yourself to the campsite.
Please double-check your Trip Page for specific flight guidelines for each trip.
Are departure airport transfers flexible on timing?
Are departure airport transfers flexible on timing?
No, they are not. Due to driving distance from the last location to the airport, you will need to book your departure flights within the flight guidelines to join the group departure airport transfer. Otherwise, you will need to arrange your transportation to get back to the airport for their departure. No exceptions can be made here.
If you have booked an early departure flight, we encourage you to book them later to meet flight guidelines.
Please double-check your Trip Page for specific flight guidelines for each trip.
