How are payments handled for Hosts?

TrovaTrip manages payments for hosts through its integrated payment processing system and our payment partner, Veem.


When Travelers book a trip they make their payments upfront through our booking process, paying a down payment to reserve their spot, and a deadline of 90 days before the trip starts to complete payment. Once your trip confirms, travelers are able to pay off their remaining balance up until 90 days before departure. TrovaTrip then handles the payment processing and ensures that Hosts receive their compensation according to the agreed-upon terms, including trip costs, host margins, and any applicable fees.

This may include earnings advancements to help book flights for the Host, partial payment before the trip starts, or more.

This streamlined process ensures Hosts receive their earnings promptly and securely, without the hassle of managing payment collection themselves.
