If you're new to hosting group trips, surveying your audience allows you to gather valuable insights and inform your community about your plans. Surveys reveal preferred destinations, ideal travel times, and budget considerations, allowing you to plan a perfect Trova trip. There are no official rules, but we’ve found that aiming for 100 survey responses within the first week keeps your audience engaged and excited.

More responses means a better chance of successfully filling your trip. For example, 100 responses is great and can tell you a lot, but getting at least 150 will increase your chances of confirming by over 80%!
