Meet Your Pre-Trip Trova Team

During your Host journey, you will interact with several people or teams internally here at Trova. Our teammates are experts in each of their respective fields and are there to help guide our community to success on our platform. Not every Host will interact with our team/s in the same way, but we will go over the ones most likely for you to meet during your time with Trova.

Sales

Our Sales team will have the most interaction with Hosts from onboarding to traveling. Hosts may have several points of contact through their journey through our Sales team, but they will primarily help you with:

  • Onboarding and advising on your Host Profile

  • Trip planning and request

  • Promotion

  • Education

  • Host relationship owner

Our Sales team is our Host advocate, championing you throughout your journey. They want to guide you to not only have a great first-time experience but also continued success with Trova!

Finance

Trova's Finance team is both the calculating mind and the beating heart of Trova. Without them, we could not manage our success of ourselves, or our Hosts! They allow the machine that is our platform to continue to move and serve you and your community. Hosts may not have as much interaction from our Finance team but may include:

  • Tax reporting, such as W8/W9's

  • Earnings and Payouts

  • Veem Education

  • Collections

Trip Coordination

Our Trip Coordinators are both Trova and travel experts in charge of the logistics, planning, and keeping all the moving pieces of a trip in line! If our Finance team is the heart, the Coordination team is the blood of the Trova body. They are everywhere behind the scenes, ensuring your trip experience is seamless and memorable. Some of their function includes:

  • Trip planning and logistics

  • Rooming assignments

  • Liaising with our Operators

  • Additional Host point of contact pre-trip

  • Group chat admin pre/on-trip

Customer Support

Trova's Customer Support team is responsible for both Traveler Support and Host Support. Depending on who is contacting us, they provide education and other support for our community.

Traveler Support

Should any of your Travelers or even potential Travelers have questions or problems, you can confidently direct them to our Traveler Support team. They can be reached via our Portal messenger for Travelers with a booking, or via our Contact Page. They can help with things like:

  • Booking assistance

  • Pre-trip education

  • Payment questions

  • Account issues

  • Travel requirements

Host Support

Should you need general help before your trip, our Host Support is offered to Hosts with at least one confirmed trip. They can be reached via your Host Portal, or through hostsupport@trovatrip.com. Host Support handles mostly pre and post-trip issues like:

  • Travel Education

  • Trip preparation needs

  • Liaising with your Travelers

  • Triaging to either Trip Coordination or your Sales contact

  • Fielding feedback

This is just the tip of the Trova iceberg, as there are countless other teams involved with making your and your audience's experience successful and memorable with Trova.
