Trova relies on the feedback and shared experience of our community to continue to build our product and make educated choices. We gather feedback at almost every stage of the process from Travelers, Operators, Hosts, and even internal teams here. While you are on a trip, you are also our eyes on the ground, and your feedback is invaluable.

Gathering Feedback

We offer several ways for our customers to provide feedback: via our post-trip surveys/reviews, directly to our Support teams, etc. If you do not want to disrupt your trip while you're in the moment, we always recommend writing it down to share later. Whether this is Traveler feedback you have received or just a part of your experience you would like to provide to us, we would love to hear it all.

Providing Feedback

After your trip, both you and your Travelers will receive a request to review it. Please encourage your group to fill this out, even if it's only positive. Maybe especially if it is only positive! Travelers who fill this out and provide feedback will receive a voucher for $100 off their next trip.

We highly encourage Hosts to also fill this form out. This allows us to remedy issues, highlight well-performing features, and more. Additionally, Hosts will also be requested to have a post-trip call with their Sales contact. This is a perfect place to share the highs and lows of your trip and think about planning your next one!
