What do Hosts do on a Trova Trip?

Updated today

During the trip, Hosts maintain a balance between participating in activities and ensuring the group's enjoyment.

Though not officially in charge, Hosts naturally act as informal leaders, fostering cohesion and community. Some Hosts may offer workshops in their areas of expertise, but overall, the focus is on being present, having fun, and generating engaging content. Your local Guide takes care of logistics, coordinating with the Operator for accommodation, transportation, activities, and meals. They're also available to assist Travelers throughout the trip.

While there are no specific duties for Hosts, participating in included or optional activities enhances the overall experience. You'll also have free time to rest or explore, allowing you to connect with Travelers and ensure an exceptional journey for your loyal supporters.

TrovaTrip empowers Hosts to design and share group travel experiences with their communities. Hosts bring the vision—curating the theme and activities—while Trova provides the platform, booking tools, and support to make it happen. Each trip is delivered by independent, certified local Operators vetted by TrovaTrip for quality and safety. The result: a trip inspired by the Host, powered by TrovaTrip, and brought to life by trusted professionals.
