Host Empowerment

Trova empowers Hosts to be the guide to their own success on our platform. From choosing itineraries and destinations that fit their needs to giving the discretion for Traveler approval to Hosts. We also have established guide rails to prevent Host burnout or over-extension, while still maintaining their business and brand presence in their community.

Operator Selection

We meticulously vet potential Operating partners against our strict criteria to ensure only the best join our Trova trips. These partners are experienced industry leaders in their respective destinations and are equipped with liability insurance, a crisis management system, local expertise, and any required licenses and credentials.

Internal Safety Protocols

In addition to our Operator standards, TrovaTrip implements its own safety measures. Before each trip, our expert team carefully curates itineraries with safety considerations at every step.

Our team also has our own crisis management system reviewed by industry experts and maintain insurance coverage for all trips.

Transparent Communication

We prioritize transparent communication, providing detailed trip information, safety guidelines, and risk mitigation measures. Our mobile app facilitates clear communication among all trip participants, offering easy access to emergency services and enabling direct messaging in case of crises.

As a Host, you can trust that your TrovaTrip is backed by robust safety protocols, allowing you to focus on creating memorable experiences for your community. During the trip, your participants can rely on licensed local guides provided by our Operators, serving as main points of contact for assistance and recommendations. In case of emergencies, participants can easily access local authorities or utilize the Operator Emergency number in our app. Additionally, our TrovaTrip Customer Support team is available to provide assistance during business hours, ensuring a swift response to any concerns or queries.
