Transparent communication ensures Hosts are well-informed, and our mobile app facilitates easy access to assistance and emergency services. In case of any issues during the trip, hosts can rely on licensed local guides and our Customer Support team for help.
Even before a trip starts, we empower our Hosts to vet and select the Travelers that book with them. All booking approvals are at the Host's discretion.
