If a Host requires to cancel or reschedule a trip, they should promptly reach out to their contact or TrovaTrip's support team for assistance.


We understand unexpected situations can arise and collaborate closely with Hosts to find suitable solutions. Outside of any Force Majeure or covered events, our cancellation policy applies, outlining any associated fees or penalties based on factors like timing and reason.

In case of postponing a departure, our team assists the Host in finding alternative dates that work for all parties involved. TrovaTrip ensures participants are informed of any changes.
