Setting Up a Host Account

No matter the follower count, the referral, or the person, the sign-up process for our Hosts will start the same. Creating a Host account is the first step in the journey and is a super easy process!

Navigate to our Host homepage or the Host Sign-up page and fill out the form there. We will ask for basic contact info as well as generalized details on your following and business. Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email to confirm your account and set your password.

Getting Started

Once you have created a password for your Host portal, you will go through a quick process to better understand your brand, business, and content categories. This helps guide specialized itineraries and destinations, as well as provide good data for marketing and promotion.

Host portal

The portal is your one-stop shop for all things Hosting with Trova. From here you will see your Survey, Host Profile, Audience, Itineraries, and so much more! Your first step will be to ensure your account information is completed and valid.

Host profile page

Selecting your profile icon in the top right of your portal page will show the option for your public Host Profile Page. This is the profile that Trova displays across our site and trip pages. It contains an embedded survey for your audience as well as your chosen categories of interest and your picture. Be sure to fill out the bio to tell your community about who you are and what you do, as well as edit other fields of your profile. You can view and share your profile here, should you wish to share this with your community!

Once this is complete, you can move on to the next step of reviewing our available itineraries. If you need help deciding where to go, or want to get some input from others: Survey your community.
