Getting familiar with your Host portal

Updated over a week ago

The Host Portal is your one-stop shop for all things Hosting with Trova. This is your behind-the-curtain view of what it takes to survey, request, and plan an amazing adventure with your community. In this article, we will cover the basics of the Host Portal, before any trips have been requested or completed.

Home Page

Once you have set up your Host account, and have completed your Host Profile, you will have the option to review your Audience and our Itineraries. This is where you can see your survey insights, begin the trip request process and more! Once you have requested a trip, or even run a trip, this is also where you manage your trips and bookings. The Home page will highlight where you currently are in the process, and what needs your attention.

Audience Page

The Audience page on the Host Portal is your breakdown of your survey data. This will update in real time depending on the survey entries submitted by your community. This displays trends in requested destinations, budget, age and gender, and more! This information is how you can make educated decisions during the trip request process. Additionally, once you have requested your first trip, you will gain access to your Email list for promotional and booking prioritization.

Itinerary Page

The Itinerary page is the bread and butter of TrovaTrip's product. This is where you can review the itineraries that are available to you as a Host and where you begin the trip reservation process. You can filter by destination, tier level, activity categories, and more! Once you have selected an itinerary that meets your needs for you and your travelers, you can reserve your trip/
