Our community may receive a trip credit voucher for various reasons: cancelations, promotions, discounts, and more! These credit vouchers can be applied to new bookings during checkout or can be applied by our Support team to an existing booking. Below are a few key points about our vouchers that frequently are asked about.

Paying the Down Payment

Vouchers apply to your trip’s overall cost, reducing that amount. You will not be able to use the voucher as a single payment for your down payment, rather it reduces the amount due from the total.

External Uses for the Credit

Trovatrip Credit can only be used for Trova trips. This means that the credit amount cannot be used for flights, external add-ons, or anything outside of your booking total.

Adding a Trip Credit Voucher

You can apply the voucher code during the booking process, by adding the code to the Discount Code box and hitting apply. If you already have a Trova trip booked that you would like to apply it towards, you can contact our Support team to apply it. You will need the order number and voucher code for our team to add it to your order.

Refunding a Credit Amount

Once you have applied the credit amount to a booking, it becomes non-refundable should you need to cancel your order. The credit may be able to be re-issued or partially re-issued, but that is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
