In some instances, issues may require additional intervention beyond the on-site capabilities. In the event this occurs, your guide will work with their local team-our Operator- to ensure a speedy resolution. In the event more support is required, our Operator will reach out and collaborate with TrovaTrip's Support or Coordination teams to address more complex challenges. This ensures that every effort is made to find a resolution that aligns with your expectations.

We always recommend having the emergency service information for your destination on hand when you travel. This can include the destination's ambulance, fire or police numbers, and the local embassy information. If you are using our mobile app, you can access the local emergency service number directly from the Help Center in the app.
