If I cancel, will I receive a refund?

It depends on your trip’s booking status and how far out your trip is:

  • If your trip is still Pending: Yes—you'll get a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If your trip is Confirmed and more than 91 days away: You’ll get a partial refund. Your deposit (minus a $100 fee) becomes a credit for future use, and the rest is refunded.

  • If your trip is Confirmed and less than 90 days away: No—the trip is non-refundable at this stage.

You can check your status and cancel in your Traveler Portal. Travel insurance is highly recommended for added protection.
