Booking for Multiple Travelers

While traveling alone can be an adventure, and one we encourage with our community, we make booking for multiple travelers easy! You can add multiple travelers right from the booking process when booking a Trova trip. We will go over more details on additional passengers below.

Adding Additional Travelers

On the trip page, you have the option to select multiple passengers before clicking the Book or Request a Spot button. Alternatively, you have the option to add travelers on the first page of the booking process.

Once you have entered their information and you proceed to the next step, you can choose the bed options. Sharing a bed or separate beds in your room are both included in the price, so it is your preference!

Primary Traveler Permissions

As the Primary Traveler, you are responsible for the booking as a whole. This includes payments, submitting your information, and requesting updates to your information on behalf of your companions.

All payments, credits, and refunds will go through your account, as the booking is attached to the Primary Traveler.

The Primary Traveler will have access to the Manage Booking page to make changes to the booking. Additional companions can view the itinerary and their submitted information, but cannot make changes to the booking.

If you opt to receive promotional emails, this will only apply to the Primary Traveler.

Changing or Removing an Additional Traveler

If you need to change or remove a companion from your booking, you will need to contact our Support team to do so. Any amount paid will remain on the booking and just apply to the total amount due. If there is no amount due, any qualified refunds will go to the original payment method used to book.

All change requests must come from the Primary Traveler on the booking. However, our team may ask for confirmation from the affected Traveler if there is a major change to the booking.
