You, as the Host, are the community leader and vibe driver on the trip, but are still considered passengers! Because of this, there are some required pieces of information needed from you to travel on your trip. We will cover that as well as provide resources on how to direct your Travelers.

On your trip page in the Host Portal, navigate to the Travel Info tab to view the required information for you to travel. If you have a companion, they will have their own Portal profile to enter their information. This information is required for all passengers to travel on the trip, and we recommend entering it as early as possible!

The Traveler Trip Form is similar to what Hosts see but more in-depth. Should your Travelers reach out to you requesting more information, feel free to direct them to our article on the Traveler Trip Form. Without this information, passengers may not be able to participate in some activities or may even be at risk of their booking being cancelled.
