Traveling solo is exciting, but traveling with a friend is even better! By default, all trip accommodations will be a shared hotel room with separate beds. However, if you and a friend have made separate bookings, you can still request each other as roommates for your trip.
Requesting a Roommate
To request a roommate, both Travelers must request each other on their Trip Form. This can be found on your Portal Account under the Trip Form section.
This will be displayed on the trip manifest for our Coordination team, and they will arrange your accommodations for you and your chosen roommate.
Roommate requests must be made no later than 50 days before the trip start date.
Roommate pairings will be sent out on your Arrival Prep email, usually a couple of weeks before the trip starts. If you have questions or concerns, always feel free to contact our Support team!
