Currently, we do not allow users to change their own email address in their Portal Account, as important account information is tied to the email address and your booking.
Request a Change of Email Address
When requesting a change to your email address, reach out to our Support team to update your information. Please provide your booking number, your current email, and the email you wish to change it
Please note that we cannot change your email to an existing email address. However, we can switch the booking to the other email address, at your request.
