In the case of an emergency, seek help immediately. Trova offers several resources for this, but it also pays to be prepared before you travel.

Connect with your Guide, if possible. Contact the local urgent response number provided in your Trip Preparation document or via the Help Center in our mobile app.

Ensure you have important numbers readily available, including:

  • The local emergency response number (equivalent to 911)

  • Local embassy or consulate phone number

  • Your Guide's phone number

Having access to emergency service information for your destination is essential when traveling. This includes ambulance, fire, or police numbers, as well as local embassy information. For added convenience, our mobile app allows you to easily access the local emergency service number directly from the Help Center section.

Prior to departure, we strongly advise Travelers and Hosts to consider purchasing travel insurance that offers comprehensive coverage tailored to their specific itinerary, providing added peace of mind.
