Pre and Post-Trip Services for Hosts

Some trips will have the option for Hosts and Travelers to arrive a day early or stay a day later to extend the trip or to help with flight times. Hosts have the option to book these as part of their original request with help from your Sales contact. Once a trip request is submitted, it cannot be changed, as it will impact the pricing of your trip.

Pre-Trip

These can include an extra night's stay in the hotel. Any transfer required for the pre-trip service will be handled directly through your Transferz booking, so you can set your arrival dates accordingly.

  • Pre-trip services are only available the day before your trip begins.

  • Ensure your flight details are accurate for Pre-Trip Transfers, as they will be scheduled to coincide with your arrival.

  • Pre-Trip Accommodations will be arranged at the first hotel of the trip, and your transfer will take you there to check-in.

  • If you arrive before check-in time, you can inquire about early check-in at the hotel's front desk.

Post-Trip

Similar to pre-trip service, post-trip accommodations are for an additional single night.

  • Post-trip Accommodations will be arranged at the last hotel of the trip.

  • For Post-Trip Transfers, ensure your flight details are accurate for scheduling purposes.

  • For international departures, plan to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight.

Please note that transfers are only supported to and from the airport. They cannot provide transport to other destinations.
