Booking Payment Deadlines

There are a few key payment deadlines when booking a trip through Trova. Failure to meet these deadlines can result in a cancellation of your booking. We want to ensure our Travelers can meet these deadlines so they can travel with us!

Booking a Trip

Unless you are booking on a waitlist for a trip, you will be required to pay at least the down payment amount at the time of booking. This base 25% is due during checkout to reserve your spot on the trip.

Please note that if you purchased insurance on your booking, that is added to the 25% down payment separately.

90 Days Pre-Trip

At 90 days before your trip starts, all payments are due for your booking. If there are missing payments, you will be notified several times via email. If you fail to complete payment at this time, your booking becomes at risk of cancellation. If your booking becomes canceled, it will abide by our cancelation policy and your money paid will be forfeited.

Add-Ons or Optionals

If you have selected an added activity, single room supplement, pre-trip accommodation, or anything separate from your base trip cost, that is due at the same time as the rest of your payment. If you have paid the base total for your booking, but not any add-ons by the deadline, your booking is still confirmed. However, your added optionals will be canceled.
