Life is unpredictable, and sometimes, sudden changes in plans can unexpectedly disrupt our travel plans. Whether it's due to work commitments, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, missing out on a planned trip can be disheartening. While TrovaTrip has a cancelation policy that covers most cases, we can potentially offer an alternative to allow you to travel!

Switching Your Trip

Please note that this is only possible for trips more than 90 days until their start date, per our Cancelation Policy

If you need to switch your trip our Support team can apply your paid amount to your new trip. Follow the steps below:

  1. First book your spot on the new trip, as normal. You will need to pay the down payment for this new trip.

  2. Once you have a booking order ID, please contact our Support team either using the messenger in the bottom right of your Portal or via our Contact Page. Provide us the new order ID as well as the one you wish to cancel.

  3. We will cancel your old booking and transfer the funds to your new order. Typically there is a $100 cancelation fee associated with canceling. However, as this is a switch, we will waive it and apply the full paid amount to the new booking!
