Can Hosts Customize Itineraries on a Trip?

There is very limited customization available on a Trova itinerary.


TrovaTrip itineraries are carefully curated to include top-rated experiences established through our partnerships with local Operators. While customizations are generally discouraged, exceptions may be made if they enhance inclusivity and accessibility for Travelers.

Hosts may have limited flexibility to adjust meals, activities, or days in certain cases for itineraries in Tiers 2 and 3. In some cases, flexibility around workshops that Hosts may add to an itinerary as part of their trip experience and will be noted in the itinerary. When available, requests for such changes can be made during the trip reservation process, and approval is at the discretion of the trip Operator. Once a trip is launched, no further adjustments can be made.

Our itineraries are meticulously designed to provide the best traveler experience. If adjustments like adding or removing a day are deemed beneficial, we can coordinate with Operators upon request. However, please understand that these requests are subject to Operator discretion and may affect trip pricing, requiring patience during the request process.
