All of our trips have tons of exciting and vetted inclusions to create a world-class experience for you and your community. These inclusions and accommodations vary on each departure, ensuring a unique experience every time!

Optional Accommodations

There are varying optional accommodations available, and are dependent on both availability and the trip itself. These can include:

Flexibility in Extending Your Stay

  • Pre and/or Post-trip Accommodations: These are single nights in the same hotel at either end of your trip. If you are arriving early or departing late, these are often great to have planned!

Purchasing More Privacy

  • Single Supplement Rooms: By default, all Trova trip hotel rooms will be shared with a roommate in a separate bed. You can purchase a single room at an additional cost if you wish to be by yourself.

Please note that Single Supplements are subject to availability, and may need to be canceled and refunded if the hotel cannot supply extra rooms.

Optional Activities

Each itinerary and trip may have additional activities offered by our Operating Partners that can be purchased on your booking. A list of offered optional activities will be displayed on the booking to add to your booking cost. These can be anything from extra guided tours, wine tasting, or even shark diving!

Adding or Removing Optionals

You can add optional activities or accommodations during your booking phase, and it will apply directly to your booking total before you checkout. Additionally, you can make changes to these after you have submitted your booking.

Go to your Portal Account and select Manage Booking. From there, you have the option to add optional supplements to your booking, these will adjust the total balance due on your order. If you remove an activity and have already paid in full, you will receive a refund and confirmation of the removal from our Support team.

Adding, changing, or removing optional activities can only be done up until the trip closes. Typically 60-50 days before your trip start date. Our local Operators require all information to be finalized at that time.

Payment Deadlines

If you have selected an added activity, single room supplement, pre-trip accommodation, or anything separate from your base trip cost, that is due at the same time as the rest of your payment. If you have paid the base total for your booking, but not any add-ons by the deadline, your booking is still confirmed. However, your added optionals will be canceled.
