What’s Not Included (The Short List)
We’ll start with the easy part—what you’ll handle yourself:
Flights: Airfare to and from your trip’s starting and ending points is not included—so you can book with your favorite airline and earn points! Any flights listed within the itinerary (between cities during your trip) are included.
Extra Food & Drinks: Your itinerary lists which meals are included. Anything extra? That’s on you.
Activities Outside the Trip: We pack each trip with curated adventures. Optional add-ons can be purchased, but anything outside the itinerary is your call.
Airport Transfers: Most trips do not include scheduled airport transfers. No worries—TrovaTrip is integrated with Transferz, so you can conveniently book airport rides through your Portal.

Meals: Enjoy included meals and rest easy knowing dietary restrictions are accommodated—just note them in your Trip Form.
Activities & Experiences: From museum tours to waterfall hikes, your itinerary is packed with curated adventures. Optional activities can be added via your Portal up to 50 days before your trip.
Local Guide: Every trip includes a professional local Guide to keep your adventure safe, seamless, and full of insider knowledge.
